Hello happy shiny LR type owner people!
My names Jared ......... and i'm finally a land Rover owner .... long time viewer, 1st time poster....
I've been out of the loop for 3 years while i concentrated on other things, but when my current project landed on my driveway from a good friend for £250 i couldn't help myself !
It's a '94 Mk1 Discovery 300tdi, in great condition, considering how many people owned it before me.
Needs a new HD clutch, total oil change, and few lilttle extras on top - winch, new wheels/tyres blah blah blah.
I'm hoping to drag myself and my good friend with his Defender out to some local-ish lanes in the next few weeks - i'm in the WSM / Bristol area so if anyone is keen to tag along, feel free to ask.
Probably ( depending on local authorities) Fosse way and the surrounding lanes, maybe salisbury, possibly lower down in Devon / Cornwall ( i'll have to check My OS maps
