In theory yes, you can rebuild them, but only if you can get the bits! i
know of no-one who stocks or sells rebuild kits for water pumps, but I do
know that when I recently phoned around for a 200Tdi pump, landrover quoted
an exchange price so they are obviously getting them done somewhere.
