hi i have a p38 and i have a leak on the front axel on the drivers side, how do i repair the leak or do i need a new axel?

You will need to fit a new oil seal to halfshaft. About £4.00.

Changing the seal is easy.......it's the stripdown of the hub that's the pain, especially if it's rusted on.

No, remove the hub and halfshaft. If you want tips on removing the hub, PM me your email and I will send it to you, as I posted earlier, it can be a right pain removing the hub if it's rusted.
