Off road in west Lothian

Anyone suggest some good off road driving near west Lothian in bonni Scotland? Have been a few times to glen tarkie but could do with something closer.

Also would like to go with another off roader for recovery and safety if you're interested.

West Lothian is not the 'bonniest' part of Scotland by any means but there are some interesting off road opportunities on old industrial ground. I suggest you phone Alex Lindsay on 01506 854 827. He is 'Mr Land Rover' in that area, an accomplished off road competitor and has a commercial LR workshop.

Ye have been to him and he is the guru of all things land rover. Wot do you mean not bonni, I find great big shale bings a thing of beauty

This beholder doesn't find them beautiful. Fun, yes, but definitely not beautiful.
