Offroad/greenlaning clubs in the west midlands/shrops/staffs area?

Hi there, i'm trying to find out if there are any 4x4/off-road/greenlaning clubs near me (wolverhampton area) or the wider WM/south staffs/shropshire area that i can join or tag along with on drive outs etc.

Staffs & shropsThey used to fun for bank holiday weekends.
Not been that way for the past few years.

Other club is midland off road. They have various trials sites over the midlands area.



They have been green laning down in Wiltshire with me a few times..


Enjoy the fun. Go on FB & you may even find some green lane clubs who go over the borders.

I used to be in Newcastle & Nantwich rover owners club (n&n) years ago but it's not going anymore.
I should check out staffs n shrops, that's where quite a few members went off to i think for the more competitive stuff

I used to do comp safari with them(when I was young & needed speed)

It’s a lot shorter laps now as land owners don’t like the mess.
Race round stubble fields for 6 mile laps
And race round tidworth for 10miles to a lap
Each event used to be based over 100miles.
Used to fill the tank up race 3 laps & swap drivers. Other competitors used to moan as your seeded for speed. But as we did not break down we just jump the queue.

Good to go & marshal/lay out courses you get to know a few drivers who may take you out for a lap.
Expensive sport though…
