Probably only come into play if the matter was serious.

think about what would happen if you ran someone over at a P&P and put them in hospital or worse, killed them. Im pretty sure the police would come asking questions and the road traffic act would apply.

I haven't seen the article, but I think that this is a bit of a red herring as you regardless of where you are you have a duty of care to others at all times under Civil Law. So as Griffdowg has indicated, if you injure or harm someone, you should expect to be prosecuted or sued one way or another.

Also the owner or tennant of the land has a duty to provide a safe environment for those on hi land, and crazily this even includes a duty towards trespassers.

go buy it £5 aint 2 much:screaming_bug_eye_f

Why should I waste £5 on that utter ****e, when I can get far more absorbent and cost-effective loo roll which I don't need to cut up into squares? In any case, someone else has scanned it in now.

:lol:tight arse :clap2:

from a police point of view I would say the law would only come in if there was complaints about manner of driving or you where acting in a way that was putting people at risk. Other than that I dont see how it aplies
