P38A ODB socket

Anyone know off the top of their head what the usual suspects are for a nonfunctional ODB socketsocket on a 4.0 GEMS on a '96 plate?

Nanocom powers up so fuse presumably OK?
No sign of green. Got it out and all looks good. Cannot connect to any ECUs though.

You are using the correct Nanocom i take it.

Yes, mine is unlocked for GEMS and EDC. Went in through GEMS menu.

Don't know then apart from usual which you say you've tried. It maybe picking power from somewhere else so have a look at fuse 33, 5 amp. Other than that don't know.
