Ok just pulled this off Mud_Club Forum and as I know this is T.O.S.S.E.R's stomping ground I thought I'd paste it
one of our members just drove a local byway (hook street in alfold) and found a notice saying its going to be closed unless it recieves objections by 22/10/07.
Its a great byway, a bit chopped up at the furthest end but its a nice drive.
There is a house half way down and the occupants dislike us greenlaners so i reckon its them who have proposed the closure to the council.
So, if anyone can find the time could they please write a letter to the council and help keep this byway open.
