O2 /Lambda sensors

Good day,

wondering how many Oxygen sensors are in our LR freelander KV6 . Let me ask for UK/ EU specs. I found only Three of them . Is there more ?

UK/EU spec engine has 3 O2 sensors. There are 2 before the pre-cats, (1 in each bank), and then a 3rd emissions monitoring O2 sensor after the main cat.

Hi Nodge68,
Hope u r doing great! Thanks for the fruitful info. I have changed the two pre Cat one’s but could not know how to replace the third one after main cat. Seems that it goes under gear selector !? How to do that if you have or know a good write-up . Thanks again

The post cat O2 doesn't effect the way the engine runs, as its simply there to put the MIL on if the emissions are too high.

So there's no point in changing it really.
