Been through three MOT's with the No plate on the front of the bonnet and two with a guardian bumper as well .. ;)

that answers that then :D yours is a little more muddy than mine at the minute! did you make your own sticker or do you still have to go car parts shops and get them done all legal like :D or is a homemade jobby just as good and legal?

Mines exactly the same as that, except with spots in the middle of the grille.

Passed two MOTs like that as well.

Stricly speaking, those vinal plates are not legal, (they are not DOT approved with a ISPN? number), but i would be amazed if you got a tug for it.

It's all bollox now. Has to be made by a proper maker and have their postcode on the bottom of the plate. You have to take your parents, blood group, log book, two forms of ID and undergo a retina scan, to get a replacement for the car you pulled up in.

I got mine made up with a black border, just to make the plate a little more visable, (my Disco is white when clean).

Any place that advertises as making custom plate will be able to make you one up for around £10. Dont bother ordering off Fancyplates.com. used them twice and both times they have fooked up my order.

Local shop to us still sells the stick on numbers and plate "Show only, Sir!!" .. Of course it's show only ... :)
