D1 bonnet lettering

Hi all,
I'm getting the bonnet resprayed on the D1 in a few weeks due to lacquer peel and I would like to find some lettering badges before I peel off the old ones which are just vinyl stickers. I'm trying to find some raised silver ones but there doesn't seemed to be any specific ones for the vehicle, only for the defender and D3/4 bonnets. Can anyone tell me if the raised letters for a defender will also fit the curvature of a D1 bonnet, I know that the height is the same (40mm) but I'm not sure if the curve is to tight?
These ones are the right height but, not sure if the would make a tight fit:

How about taking it to a sign making company, a neighbour is a sign maker and made some for a motor bike, I once owned.
He scanned the old decals and made new ones
