Freelander 1 Number Plate light fixings - sorted thanks

Hi all

OK so the little plastic cover that goes over the bulbs for the rear plate.

The metal spring clip things are rusted away on mine and i've had to put a bit of tape on for now and want to refit properly

anyone know what these are called and where to get them from?

You can get complete LED replacements for under £15, which I fitted to mine, about a month before I sold it.

but would that include the screw fixings?

these are the like clips that go into the handle surround to screw into

I believe they are called spire nuts?

right gonna order a pack of assorted sizes and see what fits, then next month get the LED panel

It's arrived and fitted... Omg it's bright

Will get pics in darkness when I get a chance

I found they were so bright, it actually made the top line impossible to read, but it passed the MOT just fine.
I'm going to order a pair for my FL2, when I get round to it.
