Hi all
Im designing an on board water system for drinking/washing water supply.
I have an in line pump which states should not be run dry. I also have a non return valve.
Im pretty convinced that the valve should go immediately pre the pump...Im guessing this will hold water in & past the pump in front of the valve so it is essentially "primed" before running. The pipework is gravity fed up to the valve/pump
Can someone confirm this is correct?
cheers

hi,thats right, the nrv has to go before the pump so that the liquid can not flow back in to the tank or supply.
