Noise N/S Rear Wheel

My 2005 TD4 has developed a squeak in the area of the rear nearside wheel.

There's no vibration or jerks just the grating noise shown in the video link.

Is this a wheel bearing on the way out?

Brakes sticking?

No brakes aren't sticking - I removed the drum and the noise was still there

The protective spring round the handbrake cable can rub against the hub if the tab to hold it back has come off.

Many thanks for the advice on the handbrake cable. I had rebuilt my rear brakes recently with new shoes and springs. Didn't realise I had gone the wrong side of the tab with the handbrake cable.
All ok now.
