Engine won't start/injectors not firing.

Had issue with bad fuel..
Common Rail sensors replaced,Injectors replaced and coded, fuel pump replaced.

Still a Constant Code p009b fuel pressure relief control circuit open

Tested the plug on fuel pressure sensor, it's showing battery voltage (as it should)

It doesn't react when unplugged though, all other sensors throw a high input code when unplugged.

Hi,

I see on your picture that you replaced the sensor by as second hand one ...

To understand, the car won't start and replacing the injectors and low pressure pump doesn't solve the problem ?
Try to start the car with start pilot ...

Could you explain your bad fuel issue ?

Unfortunately injectors and HP fuel pump hasn't solved it no.

It runs on easy start, so there's compression etc to fire.

But the injectors aren't getting a pulse

Fuel was dirty.. didn't let the **** settle for long enough. And poured it in.

So it's my fault. Just bloody annoying.

All lines have been cleared. Running from a test tank at the mo. Clean fuel going and returning.

Just not going through injectors

Are you sure that the sensor you put is good ( there is a mark on it, probably a second hand one ) ? Do you still have the old sensor ?

If you still have the old injectors, and fuel pump don't throw them they are probably still working.

When was the fuel filter last changed, did you do it as part of sorting out the bad fuel? if so, was it primed properly, as above if the car was runningok before then the fuel sensors and injectors should be ok, what's the full story about the bad fuel, where did it come from etc.
