helicoil-ing is quite a skilled job!

Managed to shear off one of the water pump bolts, it's stuck in the engine block with only a tiny bit sticking out. How the heck do I get it out?![]()

my oil pump bolts are 6mm (8mm head) and i did the same (snap)
after exploring all available routes i helicoiled it (success)
Although I did have to lower the engine off it's mounts to get square on to drill it
when checking the torque figures for these bolts from LR I discovered they were only 10nm, so no wonder it snapped![]()
that's screwed in a bit much int it?
