where did you get it from?

is it an easy fit?

seems friskier, got de-catt happening v soon too!

got it from ebay,

yes very easy, all you need is 8 and 10mm sockets and extension, 10mm spanner and allen keys and a screwdriver. oh and 20 mins! if ya gona get one you want kit No 57i 0576 i think.
it comes with all nessasary brackets to support the eas driyer and the afm.
the chrome shield is not a K+N part!!

You tart :) He He,:D Do you also have a dump valve fitted to the supra? You'll have to dyno the rangie to see if it makes much difference but my guess is it will. Let us know how she runs might do the same myself.

i didnt think it worth doing filter only without decent exhaust hence the de-catt and the beauty is an lpg motor has a non catt emisions test on mot!!
should make a lo of difference, if nothing else to the sound, it only has the one exhaust box anyway!

K+N recon 8hp gain so with the De-catt i should be over 250!!

belated happy birthday ian, you still got the soop?

1. You will get 10BHP extra if your engine is set up properly.
2.It is simple to fit, you only require a screwdriver.
3. You will never need to buy another filter, ever.
4. The sound that you get makes it worthwhile as well.
5.The air filter box is not needed.
6. Fit a stainless exhaust, and forget about that forever.
7.The exhaust and the air filter will make a big difference.
8.Ignore all of this and wonder if any of it works.
9.Speak to people that have fitted both items.
10.Take no notice of the comments from people that are not prepared to try something diffrent.
11.Just because that it is a Land Rover does not mean that you have to be 10 years behind.

apparently this is all true, apart form the "only need a screwdriver" bit!, 8mm & 10mm sockets, extension, allen key (forgot the size) and a 10mm spanner and the famous screwdriver.
oh and 20 mins of your time!!

theres brackets supplied for the eas dryer and afm support!

right, i drove it a distance today, first time since the k+n was fitted and it does seem a little friskier, not more powerfull but just a bit livelier than before, im really am very happy, and it does sound rather good so i really am very pleased.

you cant come lanin cos you'll be off like a shot!Only joking.Moved away from boying the supra?Or you got enough out of that?
