Evening. I have just bought a '55 Series 1 and there isn't much history with it but looks fairly original. Want to find out more about where it has been - any ideas?

Yer could contact the british motor museum at gaydon ter see if they have any info. Also search fer the registration ont line

Thanks, might do that. Pic attached. What about looking into chassis/engine numbers?

They may have info they can find from original production data if yer supply engine and chassis numbers. Other series 1 owners on ere may have tips on what they have done to trace their vehicles history. Have a look int series section over ere:

It looks int good condition. Eye hope ma Freelander's int similar condition when he's 64 years young.
