new spare wheel fitted, will it cause transmission windup?

Top tip , measure your tyres by placing a bit of wood on top of the tyre so it balances and sticks out at right angles , measure from the ground to the wood (height) make a note for each wheel done , when I had mismatched tyres on mine there was 25mm dif, between front and rear , causing windup the garage had put two new budget tyres on the front , so when I put two new on the rear , this caused the problem , dif makes , so I got two more the same make , and when measured by this method the dif , front to rear was 3mm , hope this helps .
