Do us a favour Foxy, and do a blow by blow explanation of the respray. From primer type, paint type and lacquer. Could you also tell us the mix proportions and air pressures. I think we would all like to get a finish somewhere near yours. :)
Oh my god Mick !
If you could see what spraying conditions are like most people would laugh, the primer was a green filler primer mixed by local paint suppliers 400ml in measure cup then 100ml of hardener with a couple of capfuls of thinners.
The same with base coat
both above are from a local paint suppliers.
Clear coat is mipa buffed after 3 days cure.
All body filler is Autofill Gold ( very good no lumps or air bubbles)
I have no idea about air pressure used sorry

Old Chassis a life by the sea did not end well

Reassembled the drivers door today, tested electric window nice and smooth in the runners. Mocked up the front end to see what it will look like when painted. Adjusted back door so it closes nicely before paint.
And fitted bars in the tub to stop the canvas back collecting water.

Soldering wiring all day :( Indicator repeaters fitted, Fog light and drivers rear lights fitted. Little jobs but take time.

Hi Foxyred or is it foxy olive green now ;)
Can I ask who does you painting as I'm struggling like hell to find anyone who is remotely interested in quoting, let alone painting. I would even travel a couple of hours if it was someone that I thought was interested.
Bulkhead looks cracking by the way. I've bought a new Transit engine bulk head but I'm owning two minds whether to repair by TD5 one as not sure I can cope without me vents.
I used a tdci bulkhead on mine and I'm happy with it, it's still a work in progress but the heater it's a massive bonus plus it's sets you up for nearly all the other wiring etc you need depending what yours might be missing on age. Plus no vents not another bit to go wrong haha. You get issues with the gearbox fowling and clocks though but it itsts doable. I'm trying to figure out my wiring and how the hell I'm going to put any king of soundproofing in as I don't think anything will fit. And what to do with my gear levers. Joys

Yes its Fiat olive green :) , look's better outside as it has lots of metallic in it. My brother in law paints it, his mate all the prep. Will ask him if he's interested and if so will PM you his mobile number, is the car to be painted whole or in parts ?
Hi loving the rebuild it looks really good, I was wondering if your brother in law is still painting and if he could give me an estimate? Mine is whole but doesn't need any trim stripping out yet. Thankyou

Which window seals are you looking for ?
The ones that fix into the door all around the window that it like slides through and into. I tried searching seals frames allsorts just get weather's trips and old door top half's it's probably dead easy under a certain word haha.. mine are all like threading like fabric? Basically doors and wings only origional bits so it's not too surprising they're knackered haha

I'll have a look what they are like on my old 90 and see what condition they are in as the doors are Fubar. If they are any good i'll PM you.
or ebay ref number 252737400757 if you want new
