Bulkhead painted ready to go on the chassis and start building off
Hi Foxyred or is it foxy olive green now ;)
Can I ask who does you painting as I'm struggling like hell to find anyone who is remotely interested in quoting, let alone painting. I would even travel a couple of hours if it was someone that I thought was interested.
Bulkhead looks cracking by the way. I've bought a new Transit engine bulk head but I'm owning two minds whether to repair by TD5 one as not sure I can cope without me vents.

Yes its Fiat olive green :) , look's better outside as it has lots of metallic in it. My brother in law paints it, his mate all the prep. Will ask him if he's interested and if so will PM you his mobile number, is the car to be painted whole or in parts ?

That's handy. That would be great, and it's all in bits. Any prep I'm happy to do.

Mick, make or type ? I don't order it but I have to stir it, its a paint mixed with a hardener and then thinners added.

Fitted bulkhead to chassis tonight

Type. Just got my tub in etch primer today, 1:1 with activated thinner. After some bodywork ive got a one component acrylic 1k primer filler. I haven't got the top coat yet but it will probably be 1k base coat and clear coat as that seems to be what they are using these days. The reason i ask is the last time i sprayed a van i used cellulose but its all changed now and a bit of a mine field.
