you will need wheel nuts to fit them. i must point out to you will alter the ride make it very hard.

thanks for the reply i appreciate it

how do you mean by altering the ride and making it very hard i was gonna have the suspension lowered! would this make it better or worse?

again thanks for the advice ;)

lee mundy

also check if they will fit in the wheel arches there are loads of posts on here of problems using large wheels and tyres from tramlining to vibration have a look

been told it would improve the ride i am a newby to this motor so im just going on what advice i have been given!

and stop fooking swearing :p

lowering the suspension on a RR will make it look stupid, and will make people think your a numpty

theres no need to lower the suspension on a car that has EAS.

as for the wheels, your gonna need location rings aswell as the right wheel nuts.

you can get the location rings on ebay for about £20 make sure you get them or you will be putting extra strain on the wheel nuts and within a few weeks you will have the wheels falling off.

its a 2.5 tonne car and a lot (well, at least some) thought went in to designing the suspension and tuning the ride. You can improve it incrementally say by changing the stiffness of the airbags and shocks but any more is asking for trouble IMHO. And as Sean says, you'll look like a numpty! :D

got to agree with sean here, you will look silly and they won't perform as good as smaller wheels. the ride will be hard,

the arches on my 19's rub on access height so these will probably rub on motorway height. i would save your cash and get 19's or maybe 20's max

you will need spigot rings, and the correct nuts!

save yer cash, make sure theres no repairs to be done on the car, then think about looking like a drug dealer

putting bigger wheels on will definately not improve the ride look at putting hurricanes on they look proper and like some horrible bling machine if thats what you want fair play but I believe the BMW may be a better motor for you

Shirley he's taking the ****? LP's on any kind of Land Rover are just so incredibly wrong.

Numpty doesn't come close. Complete and utter cock is nearer to the mark!

To answer the question, yes they will fit, but with consequences. 1 you will look a tit. 2 the ride will be horrendous. 3 goto 1.

Dont do it..

Bring on the debate.....:)
