Hi there. I've been an owner for a while now, running a 2000 discovery 2 td5 auto for the last ten years which, despite it's gripes, I think is still great after all these years. Before that I had a 1989 RR classic 3.9 and a Series III diesel before that. When I changed the RR I wasn't keen on thr D2 as they were so common but after a short while I soon realised why. So versitile, blast down fully loaded to the South of France or pull a big trailer all day, friends and family call it the 'grunt' which I think is very apt.
