new member .hi and help

hi guys,I'm Kenny from the north east.i just got my land rover last night its a 06 disco i love it but today the hand brake yellow triangle light has come on, it seems to go off when i start it but it comes on after a minute or so.can i take it off myself or does it have to go to a dealer i phoned the fella at the garage where i bought it but he just told me well it wasn't on when it left here,,no joy there..anyway thanks in advance for any replies

just my luck,only done about 5 mile and it come on,i will pay him a visit tomorrow,cheers

could any one tell me is it OK to drive it with the yellow light on?she drives well so am i alright to carry on driving i would hate to think I'm doing damage,and the manuals not any help.i will let you all know how i get on

got the motor back tonight,and the bloody lights come back on.it was off for all of 20mins..thats a day and a half without me motor and 20mins without the light,grrrrrrrrrr

What you mean to say is 'plugged it in and deleted fault code and then hand it back to buyer without bothering to look into the fault any further'
