new key from timpsons?

hi, just purchased a 2nd key from timpsons which was programmed in the shop to match my original,but when i used it it opened the doors and TURNED the ignition and all the dash lit up but wouldnt start it? what do i need to do.?the shop said its a perfect match.ps its only £35 which compared to a dealer aint bad if it works.

go back to shop because it doesn't work p.s i can sell you a screwdriver for 25 quid that will do the same job lol

I went to the local locksmiths who have all the techy stuff needed to code keys, they took my key and came back apologising telling me it's a dealer only key as their kit can't read the code. Timsons on the other hand said no problem but hadn't got a blank, I know who I would trust.
