New and stuck!

Hi all :
Just got hold of a L322 4.4 Vogue:

Couple of issues and I am wondering if anyone can give me some advice!

1)CD changer - worked now doesn't I know the issue with the worm gear but I can't get the damned thing out! I followed the online tips for removing the glovebox but I can't get it past the air vent / cup holder panel - any ideas?

2)Washers - button works as wipers come on but no water going through and permanently saying washer fluid low - pump/motor or something else?

3)Stereo again - what is the flashing red light in the middle of the 3 lights on the r/h side of the unit?

Any tips comments would be gladly received!

Pretty much!

Plus those people with L322's haven't generally got to the stage of doing DIY work on them, so there isn't much info around for DIY'ers at the moment.

try rangerovers.net - usually has most DIY fixes covered if they are known.

can only offer advice on general stuff really but i usually find fiddling with stuff works, or it'll break it totally and force the purchase of a replacement!!!

its worth posting the fix tho if you work it out as it will be useful when i eventually can afford a replacement for my p38!!

If it's like the P38, bad connections are most likely, as already mentioned, fiddle around with the connections to the pumps etc round the washer bottle, pull plug connectors apart and look for corrosion, clean with a good quality contact cleaner if required (NOT WD40!)

Thanks for the advice - sorted the CD changer - onto the washer problem tomorrow!
