1) It's a forum that doesn't belong to anyone except the admin's and is regulated by Admin's and Mods.
(they are human-pie and chips)

2) Bottom line is you have as much rights and freedoms are the people who own the site and administer it decide whilst trying to remain impartial


On balance I personally think they do a grand job, sometimes you may not agree with their decision, but they do honestly try to give a fair impartial decision.

Having spoken to Jay and found him reasonable person, taking cheap shots at someone who seems decent is a world away from taking shots at scumbags.

I personally don't think it does someones reputation any good taking the **** out of someones misfortune if it is serious- Ratty getting stuck=funny and not serious.

Spending £5k on a dangerous motor is something that can put huge strain on people, we all learn from mistakes and hopefully this issue will have a positive outcome.

Sounds like he is maneuvering- work out exactly what it has cost you and if he says he'll only give you your money back-tell him he can do just that and take him to court for the extra expenses such as inspection etc

Not of satisfactory quality and not fit for purpose=dealer not a leg to stand on.
