hi just wondered if there was anyone close to me in oxfordshire,having difficulty diagnosing problem with my 1995 2.5 diesel p38,poor running,could be fuel injection pump or whatever i am not far from banbury,and you will be rewarded. but not sunday as wifes birthday she is due a service but i can manage that lmao.

Getting the injectors serviced may help your problems. Diesels don't generally run rough unless a cylinder is down on compression or the injectors are tired.

it has a misfire at low revs,however i do have a worn injection pump,but i would like to know whether this will cure the poor running or if it will need more money thrown at it, it gave a similar sympton as though the dual mass was faulty this has been replaced fault is still there but it seems worse. new clutch kit as well,or it could be the electronics in the injection pump.when you coast it (freewheel) idle speed is all over the place until you are stationary then it is very smooth.
no warning lights on nothing has flashed up, new fusebox?
