Near Side wheel leaning in

Can someone please help, suggest what my problem is. My nearside wheel appears to be leaning in at the bottom when viewed from the front. The tyre is wearing on the outer edge, and the tyre on the off side is fine. I have jacked it up, and I dont seem to have any free play anywhere.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

normally it would be worn swivel pin bush and lower bearing or wheel bearings themselves ,unless its had a real big wack and bent axle or ball

Hey thanks, does it take a really big wack to bend an axle, and can you normally see it?

quite a big whack ,and isnt allways noticeable,some do have a camber are you sure other side is okay

I had this same issue and it really bugged me. It drove fine and steered well. The tyre was wearing dramatically on the outer edge. I've just rebuild the front axle - swivels, seals bushes and bearings and it has sorted the problem. I had virtually no play on the side where the tilting wheel was but lots of play on the opposite side so might be worth checking there. I was surprised that worn bushes could create such a dramatic slant.
Looks can also be deceptive...one of my wings was just very slightly misaligned which also gave the impression that my other wheel was tilting more than it was too!
