my v8 3.9 prinns lpg disco wont start

hi iam darren , my v8 wont start at all ,
it started a fault just after the winter it would splutter a bit as if its being starved of fuel ,or a misfire.
so ive done the following.
new air filter , new fuel filter, new battery , new plugs , new leads , i have got a spark from the LT leads with a plug in earthed to the body but its not that strong , i have 2.5 bar pressure at the fuel common rail at the test point but it doenst seem to even want to start after 20sec turning it over the engine is smells of fuel it doesnt make sense to me iam a plumber but i do race bikes and know my way round my fireblade please anyone help ,

you must use genuine rotor arm and dizzy cap,espically with lpg,all others can and will give grief..

sounds like sparky fault rather than fuel..but could be wrong,not there to see so guessing really...silly question,leads in right order??

called the AA out after , the issue is the ECU , he tested everything else and there was no pulse from the injectors sent by the ECU , there was 5v at the air module so the ECU was powered up but the injectors arent working , is this defo the ECU then ?
