My first proper Land Rover (my Disco doesnt count)

Got the last coat of the primer on.....

Brian came round and helped me get the bulkhead on today:







Unfortunately the new bolts i got to attach it to the out riggers were too long so ill have to get replacements. Also went and got the original bulkhead and brought it home so we could start taking bits off, cleaning them up and fitting them to the replacement bulkhead. Unfortunately we couldnt get the wiper spindles off so ill need to drill them out to get the motor and cables off.
I also have a nice long list of bits to buy!
If it werent for Brian coming round i wouldnt have got on with it so anyones welcome round to spur me on lol

So, a load of goodies turned up:






And also waxoiled the innards of the bulkhead:








So hopefully now i can build it!
