hi all haven't posted much but have in the introduction section a while ago but i though i would share my first landy with you guys its not gonna be restored as per say but tided up and painted maybe a few extras its a 1985 (c reg ) defender 110 pick up with ifor Williams back chassis pretty tidy from what i see and the interior isn't too bad for the year it nedds a new rear x member and a bumper and that's about really its got the 2.5 na engine in it hopefully soon to be a 200 tdi its been stood and not started for 5 years or more put a charged battery on it and second turn it fired and runs sweet another thing it does needs is a back section of exhaust but all the more reason for a side exit ;) it hasn't got a clutch pedal at the mo but traced it down to the slave cylinder as there's no fluid getting out of the bleed nipple and i have been given a master cylinder so will change that as well ive got a couple of pics at the mo but will get more cheers guys

well took the clutch pedal box out today as it would be easier and took master cylinder off and its seized back hence no fluid getting to slave but was given a brand new mc but the rod length was different so i swaped them over and its ready to go back on Wednesday slave should be here as well so i might as well put both new on then i know its good for a bit
