Hi All,

Im sure I've done this correctly as I have just posted a welcome note but I welcome the friendly abuse/banter if i've done anything wrong

Anyway can I move my fog lights up off the valance on my ES disco 1 and drill and fit small round fog lights on my bumper.......and therfore get rid of the valance front skirt altogether?

Thanks pauld but thats where I have located my spot lights which connect to the main beam

I was thinking of drilling under the head lights into the bumper

Is it legal to move them higher?

Don't think so .. you'd have to check lighting regs. Maybe you could cut a hole in the bumper directly underneath the headlights? The bumper's only thin there but would be fine for fogs I reckon .. I do know the headlights shouldn't be obscured by anything.

Im explaining myself incorrectly. ..... what im thinking of doing is changing the style to small round ones and fit them into the bumper ...... not obstructing the headlights at all

So if I fit them into the bumper would they then be too high and not work?? Or would I have to angle them down a bit to shine under the fog

Surely having something in the bumper is better than having nothing at all due to the skirt being removed.......just wondering if its legal to locate them there ?
