MOT question - different tyre styles on same axle?

If I have General Grabber AT 235/85/r16 on three wheels and on the fourth I have a Caiman Black Star Mud 235/85/r16 tyre - will this fail the MOT? Quite different tread patterns, but both are radial...

Any ideas?

same size plus radial , should pass maybe a comment but pass

Deffo pass, as said has to be same size and construction, that's all that matters (oh yeah, and its legal of course)
