MOT-no rear seats or belts?

Hi, If I put my 98' disco thru an MOT with no rear seats or seat belts will they fail it? I'm working away from home and the MOT is due, I removed the seats and belts so I could get all my tools in it and I don't want to drive 300 miles home just to get them, (the contract I'm working on has been extended)
any ideas please?

No as long as all parts are removed its ok, will fail with belts and no seats and vice versa, as long as everything's out its ok. They just put na in that section

No it's fine, I don't have any rear seats or belts, never have and it always passes (well doesn't fail on that anyway)

Cant imagine why tht would be a fail

Well it definately won't fail on that anyway ha ha, my track car is road legal and that's got feck all in it apart from a cage, a seat and harness
