mot failure

the lovely mot tester failed my 90 on a fookin 20p bush for the bottom of my rear shock/damper,****:blabla:

he's doing his job and keeping you legal.
why's he a **** then?

who's the cnut for not checking / spotting something so obvious beforehand?

at least your tester looks ,have you seen some of the death traps on our roads,if i didn't know better i'd say some were just glancing at landy's and issuing mot's ,mine missed a load last year including badly loose track rod ends and steering drop arm end ball joint and knackered brake pipes ,all of which i was aware of before hand but put it in to see if he found any other bits knowing i had the time to sort it whilst off work ,not what i want when my babies are in the car thankfully the garage i used this year were good .

Can't blame him for doing his job, it's his responsibility when he signs it off to ensure that everything is OK.

Be thankful it's only a very simple and cheap fix.

My Range Rover passed last year, it shouldn't have done, some work on it to get her through this year.

So it's gonna cost you 20p and a bit of time and inconvenience and then it'll pass. Sounds like a win to me.
