hi guys, me again

I have managed to sort most problems on my disco now, but I have 1 more I don't seem to be able to find a solution for.
it all drives fine and have loads of power up until approx. 2500-2900rpm then it seems to just hit a wall and wont go over 3000rpm. it revs fine when stationary so guess not the pump. have changed MAF and checked all hoses, wastegate has been freed up, so could it be the modulator?
also when on tickover the rev counter moves up and down slightly is this normal?
any help would be great as I am supposed to be towing my caravan over easter and worried about the loss of power with weight on the back.

Clean up the MAP sensor and re-check the turbo wastegate. it sounds like a boost fault.

Right. Think I have finally solved it. Whilst checking wastegate again the rod looked really short, so I undone the lock nut and turned the adjuster to find a painted line. I guess the previous owner wanted more boost so adjusted it 2 much. Seems to be fine with half a turn back.

Have you tried changing the injector seals?

who changed them?

Were genuine parts used?

Has the injector loom been flushed out since changing?

Was it a genuine injector loom that was fitted?

Have the injectors been put back into the cylinders they came from and have they been coded to the new ecu?

Yes Jameson's 4x4 done the work they used the parts from another discovery td5 that was running witch they was breaking They got mine running with there parts and still same problem there's a video of it on you tube

You will here the tick over change sound in the first couple of seconds
This videos after a 15 minute drive

sounds like injector loom or injector washers to me although it could also be crank sensor failing. If you turn it off at that point will it re-start?
