Help

In a real mess, no power, miss firing etc...

Cant get injectors or head off losts of bolts sheared off :(

but the more long term problem is we cant find the diagnostic port.

130 HiCap Double Cab.

Looked under where middle seat should be, no sign of it.

Had a dig around under the drivers seat no sign of it.

Has anyone any ideas where it might be, did they put is somewhere odd on a 130?

Why would some one remove it?

Regards

Martyn

As Johnlad says check under the floor. Also remove the seat bases for the other seats and check under them too.

Have you checked (and cleaned if required) the red plug to the ecu for signs of oil ingress?

You can access and remove the injectors by taking off the rocker cover.

My injectors were stuck in solid so I used a slide hammer to remove em.

if it's just missfiring oil in the loom is my guess.

Thanks guys, its in my local independent, i'm going to have a crawl over it tomorrow.

Been down the oil in loom route and there was some but cleaned out and new loom in no change, the guys are having major problems with the head with bolts shearing and not being able to get injectors out so it looking like the head is bricked.
