I have a td5 that starts shuddering at 2500rpm 65-70mph then clears and runs fine after that anybody got any ideas.

if it only happens at a particular speed (rather than rpm), it's probably not engine related. Start with simple things - are your wheels balanced, are your tyres in good condition?
