My EAS is currently in hard-fault mode, and I'm due for a wonderful 15-mile journey at 15mph tomorrow morning in rush-hour traffic to the local diagnostic guy.
I read that it's possible to manually recharge the EAS system even under a hard-fault condition by shorting across the EAS Relay 20 (Pins 30-87) which will manually run the compressor and should recharge the system. This assumes the system is airtight. Even if it doesn't recharge fully, you can get enough air to get off the bumps. Only problem is that it bypasses the over-pressure cut-out so you need to manually switch off before that happens.
Anyone got any idea how long it might take the compressor to fill the tank and four bottomed-out airbags?
