Latest........Johnlad is on a recovery wagon heading for somewhere near Monaghan. No parts available as yet, it might be a mail order job. Can anyone help!?
 
Was speaking to John earlier before the recovery truck picked him up so he seemed to be out of danger for the moment. I possibly might have somebody that might have the parts near Kells. Will give him a ring in the morning and see.

I know another guy that has the bits but he's in a different county at the moment to the parts :eek:


I'll keep in touch with him over the weekend and Monday anyway to make sure he gets sorted :)
 
Im back from the Emerald Isle now, managed to get the parts from a company called Otto's in Dublin, pretty reasonable and next day delivery,

Yeah its good to know if something does go wrong that if needed there are people about who will lend a hand,
As it happened the farm i was staying at had a td5 90 and I ended up doing a oil service on that and a u/j on his propshaft, so was a working holiday, :)
