m and s light on after binnacle swap on manual td5 discovery

Hi guys

after some advise just swapped the binnacle on my td5 disco today as the abs and traction control leds had packed up, new binnacle sorted that but now have green m and s lights on done a bit of research and seems to be related to auto boxs is there an easy fix to remove the lights or will they go once driven? (vehicles not on the road yet) any advise will be welcomed
