Hi guys, can someone give me some advice please, I am trying to buy some atf to change the fluid in the gearbox on my 1988 VM classic.
Handbook says to use (amongst others) Mobil ATF 210, which I don't seem to be able to find online, I can get plenty ATF 220 is this the modern version?
At present I have mtf 94 in it which was recommended by an independent, not really happy with it to be honest, when the temperatures have been at or near freezing the 1st to 2nd gear change is VERY slow if you don't want to crunch the gears until the box starts to warm up.
So looking to ditch that and put something else in, is Mobil ATF 220 going to be alright.?
Thanks in advance.
