LPG conversion advice on a Disco 4

Hi all,

I'm posting this message on behalf of my manager who has just come over to the realms of Land Rovers.

He has just purchased a Disco 4 and is interested to know if it's worth getting an LPG conversion. If so, what difference does it make? Are there any problems with the kits, what kit should he be looking for?

Also what are reasonable prices?

Best advice I can give is get in touch with Tinley Teck who specialise in LPG conversions. They are very helpful & have plenty experience with all types of vehicles. off my head I cant think of their phone no. as Im at work atm but you could google it

I take it it's a V8 petrol one, you can't run a diesel on LPG

I haven't seen it yet but i'm told it's an import v8?

Awesome !! The SDV6 is damn powerful so a V8 will be insane

Aye but he said convert it to LPG that's just an enhancement

YOu can convert a D3 so should be the same as D4
