Lower engine mount on a Freelander 2 (2010)

I am having difficulty removing the lower of side engine mount. I have tried to remove the bolts on both the chassis rail and the through bolts on the rubber mounts. Cannot seem to shift either, any advice?

Have succeeded in removing the mount but now have a broken bolt in th aluminised block.....time to buy a new mount i guess? On the plus side i have the new transfer box fitted.
