Disco 2 Lower ball joints

Been looking for some genuine LR ones and on internet i can only find aftermarket. Even from rimmer bros

The ball joints have turned up yesterday in The post. planning to do it next weekend , I know someone local who has the ball joint press tool , he has had plenty of discos over the years . I'm going to leave seals in and go carefull and lube up when replace .

Can of map gas and 25mm wide ball joint splitter forks . So should be set for the job.

Since bought the car after a week of buying been a very quiet knock from front NS and had someone do the wiggle and lock to lock on ground and in air to check radius arm front for movement . Nothing there and 2 of steering ball joints are slightly clicking if you got your hand on the joints but seen worse at work . But i know lower stock bushes are worn also . Along with the cracked boots on lower joints . Due to a heavy vehicle unless totally shot its much harder to find wear unless badly worn .

Be glad once the noise is gone , it's getting anoying now .
