:blabla:HI all. Has anyone fitted greenstuff (or low dust) brake pads and if so, are they any good ? Have you got a supplier that does'nt charge the earth for them. My mate has fitted some to his jap 4x4 and he reckons the constant cleaning of his alloys is a thing of the past but he did pay silly money for them . ny veiws welcomed Regards Mark

not used them on a landy but had them on 2 of my previous cars matched to grooved/drilled discs. the dust is alot less, but there are some downsides - they cost ALOT more, they wear ALOT quicker, and they need time to warm up before they operate at their best. would i use them again - yes but probably not on a landy, cant see the gains outweighing the bad points

I fitted a set of EBC Ultimax on the front last week and EBC say ( check out their site) all pads will leave dust some less than others and will leave more when new and bedding in. Ultimax are just the same as genuine pads so not that bad with dust and they certantly work.

Got my pads off a supplier on ebay at £15.00

Well ,thats got to be worth it. The green pads are about £95 for front and back i will look on e bay for the ultimax but if you could send me the number or link that would be great. Either way thanks for the reply take care Mark
