lots of issues

ok so I have an 03 plate Td4 5dr prefacelift was all going well untill land rover mode kicked in, replaced clutch, master cyclinder, slave cyclinder, rear fuel filter, cranck breather mod, air filter, glow plugs treated her to new disc's and pads, fresh oil and filter roof basket and light bar! how does she repay? she gives up the will to live and dies, replaced alternator and belts, new battery but she still only gives me 11.6v from alternator plus she started smoking heavier than dot cotton on a friday night after a football sesh and 10 pints of wife beater.
i have included some photos and vides just for your amusment but if anyone can direct me away from the breakers yard feel free. oh i also gave her new earth lead and cleaned up all live and earth termininals to and from battery to starter and alternator even the 1 on the n/s wing and under the battery tray
i have injector leakback test kit but need to sort charging issue before i run the test.
please feel free to reprimand me and move to correct section if im in the wrong place sorry for the rant and thank you for your time.
