Like i said im not slagging extreme suspension off,I would have it on a motor

Have any of you lot got any good vids or links of extreme sus doing its business:D

No tis bollix, suspension for show lockers for go.

Well not really a good suspension setup is all good but Serious droop looks impressive to many but in reality the wheel dangling has zero weight on it and will spin up. You could argue its more stable and to a point I agree. The wise money is spent on a modest suspsension mod and Lockers and HD shafts.

Totally agree.andrhe vid proves that point too

nearly 80% of all these motors with seriously mad droop lift wheels as the springs are so darn stiff they don't compress so its always lifting wheels. Landrover has put serious effort into spring rates for their motors so many options for various applications. just bolting on an Orange spring and hoping for the best is like giving a blind man a gun and telling him to hit the targetCutting the back off a Disco and losing 200 Kgs or more you cannot expect the springs to work as they should.

If you look on my build thread my motor has no springs and won't have until it is finished and weighed, then I will work out spring frequencies and shock valving. I can't comment on extreme suspension I have no experience of it but I would expect that some brands are way better than others but agree lockers are the best option, though I wish that ALRC would allow fiddle brakes. If you know anybody who competes in trials car events they will tell you they take years to master so would add another dimension to trialing..
