"Superlock reset code" = EKA code

On my 2004 is in the Owner manual. But its a sticker the dealer put in there.

EKA code is only on cars with the old Rover alarm/immobiliser. BMW system you can just unlock and start it with the key if the fob fails.

Your right  That 4 digit code is my radio code. On my L-series the 4 digit code is my EKA. Its also on a sticker on the first page with the VIN.

Thanks fellas, mines a 2002 td4 auto, so it probably doesn't have one, is that right. All my doors locked the other day and my key doesn't work, never has as the linkage from barrel to actuator is snapped. AA man couldn't even undo the handles from the inside with is big long break in hook, ended up smashing a window. Key fob was still making all the right noises, lights flashing etc. Any way got in through window and it starts and drives. Started checking fuses and it was the central locking fuse that had blown, so replace it and it just keeps blowing and doors stil won't open. I think drivers side actuator is jammed as its always been dodgy and thats blowing the fuse. Also i think im right in thinking if drivrs door doesn't de superlock the others wont follow? Any thoughs appreciate cheers.

Never heard of having to smash a window to get in the car
Blown fuse = short in the electrics

Thanks all, linkage fix i will try, spent 2 hours tonight, managed to pull door card away and un plug drivers door actuator then plug it into a spare one i have in hope the fault was with that door. Thought if it was at least i might fire the locks on all other doors but no look. Fuse has now stopped poping weirdly though. Antbody know if there is a relay that might be faulty that fires the doorlocks and maybe the location of the central lovking control box? Im all out of ideas, know body has ever known this scenario to this degree! Thanks all, im going for a well earned drink
